Ali-Kitty and I went to the Square Enix Cafe that just opened up in Shinjuku. The name of the cafe is called Artnia, I'm sorry, but I'm not sure why the chose that name. I thought it was a wasted opportunity to not call it Seventh Heaven, but alas Artnia is a lot of fun.

The menu has a lot of Final Fantasy inspired food and drinks with cocktails named; Shiva and Red Materia and so forth. I wanted to try some of the more adult drinks, but I couldn't since the bar side doesn't open until 5:30pm. So I settled for a coffee instead.  I ordered the Cloud Strife style Chocolate Parfait while Ali Kitty ordered the Aeris inspired Strawberry Parfait.  There was no Tifa desserts or drinks, but they had Seventh Heaven napkins, which I was very tempted to steal.

We looked around the merchandise part, but I think most of it was from Dragon Quest, which is not so popular in the West. I was super excited to see the new Tifa action figure, though I didn't purchase it unfortunately. Waiting for someone to get it for my birthday!

I had a lot of fun, but I hope to go again for my birthday and try some of those materia cocktails!

I'm currently buying all my material for Amano Tifa and I hope to debut it at Comiket in August. I'm so excited.
Ali-Kitty said she was going to help me with sewing so I hope it won't take too long.
Thinking of buying a sewing machine so I can just make cosplay all day!

Sorry for not being more active, I've been really busy with work. I haven't thought much about cosplay. I'm trying to
focus on my career. However I haven't retired, I got cosplay in the works. I just don't know when I'm going to complete them.
Hopefully this summer, Ali-Kitty and I will be doing more photo-shoots. Hopefully Aeris and Tifa shoots in different costumes.
Problem with living in Japan is the small space to make cosplays. But I got my eye on making Amano Tifa and some Marvel characters too.

Joseph Kony, needs to be captured and brought to justice!

God, it's been a long time has it not? I just want to let you know, that I'm still here in Japan, living once again with my wonderful  soul-mate Ali-Kitty aka. Aeris Gainsborough. I haven't given up on cosplay, I am actually now looking for materials for Amano Tifa and finishing off Crisis Core Tifa. I've just been so busy moving onto the new apartment in West Tokyo that I haven't had time for much else.

I'm going back to the U.K next week to visit friends and family. It will be nice to spend holidays back in familiar surroundings. I also haven't been to London in such a long time. I love London so much, the capital of the world. I still believe that so much. I hope I can visit Prague and Budapest while I'm in Europe. I miss Europe so much.

I haven't been on the internet for a while apart from facebook and my private email, I guess I'm just enjoying Japan, now that Ali is back and I've moved jobs, started studying again (Spanish, Japanese and Russian) it feels more like home than ever before. Though I am now applying to NYU to their Magazine Journalism Masters course. I'm praying for a miracle, still studying for GRE at the moment, wish me luck
